Monte Verde Window

The Monte Verde window is an entry level vinyl window that offers a slim frame that will not offer great performance, but will provide lots of glass area. It's a bare bones window that is not available in a double hung, but instead as both a horizontal slider and a single hung window.

Catalina Window

The Catalina window will cost 10% to 20% more the Monte Verde and also comes in a horizontal slider and single hung option. The Catalina has a few nice upgrades, including the Super Spacer, ventilation latch and double strength glass. The frame uses a 2.75" depth and .08 frame thickness, along with even sightlines.

Del Mar Window

The Del Mar window is identical to the Catalina, except for a brick mold frame. Normally, companies keep the model name the same and simply offer this as an optional upgrade, but not in this case. The Del Mar therefore has a few nice upgrades from the Monte Verde, including the Super Spacer, ventilation latch and double strength glass. The frame uses a 2.75" depth and .08 frame thickness, along with even sightlines.

-- Price Range: $475 to $525 fully installed --

Coronado Window

The Coronado window does not come in a single hung, but instead in a double hung and double horizontal slider. The frame is a half inch deeper than the Del Mar, along it keeps the .080 extrusion thickness. The Coronado keeps all of the same upgrades as the Del Mar and Catalina and adds a reinforced sash and better weatherstripping.
