Champion Windows is headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio, and distributes its products nationwide through a network of local window dealers (which is very common within the window and door industry). The company has its strongest footprint in the Midwest and Northeast regions of the United States. In 2022, Champion was acquired by Great Day Improvements, a home improvement parent company that also owns brands such as Apex Energy Solutions, Stanek Windows, and Universal Windows Direct.

Champion Windows Prices -- $850 to $1050 fully installed --
Rather than offering multiple product lines, Champion makes one vinyl window line and one patio door line. The windows offer consumers quite respectable performance metrics, including a .10 air infiltration rating, 55 condensation resistance, .28 U-value, and visible transmittance of 55. And while I'd like to see that AI number closer to the .05, this is still a good number. In terms of their patio doors, Champion makes a decent product that I would rate a 4.5 out of 5 stars.
Champion Windows also include several high-quality features such as durable vinyl extrusions, Cardinal 366 glass, and a selection of reliable/good components. The windows are available in most common styles, including horizontal sliders, garden windows, fixed frame (picture windows), bay and bow windows. as well as double and single hung windows. I'd rating Champion windows a 4.4 out of 5 when compared with other vinyl window manufacturers.
Champion Windows Cost
Trying to offer a fair market price range is unusually difficult for many reasons. For instance, a small window may run $650 installed, while a large window is going to be $1100. Retrofit installation might be $150 per window and new construction might be $350 per hole.
Additionally, upgraded low-e glass might add $75 per window and a custom frame color can add $300 per window unit. These are just four of the twenty plus factors that can affect what you will pay for Champion windows. And we didn't even touch upon the window companies themselves that can bid projects out at whatever price point they think you'll pay.
However, this is the price range you should probably be paying for an average sized Champion window with a single upgrade from a decently reviewed local installation company that is providing insert or retrofit installation

Champion Windows Cost vs Zen Windows
We plan to replace one sliding glass door along with twelve windows in our home. Because we live in Denver and most of the windows face west, they receive strong, direct sunlight throughout most of the day. Our house is also located on a busy street, so minimizing outside noise is a top priority (if possible, I know that's it's expensive). So, basically, we’re looking for windows that offer the highest level of sound reduction, good SHGC, and some nice value to boot.
Christopher, I would probably just toss the Renewal bid since you could more or less double the Champion and Zen bids and still save money over the Renewal. So between the Champion and Zen, I'd definitely go with the Zen Lotus. This is usually a very good Soft-Lite vinyl window and that will be the better long term option for you.
I would also think that it would greatly help with your sound issues, although it isn't a soundproof window per se. You could always upgrade to a triple pane and ask that all three glass panes use a different depth, which will kill different frequencies. This would be the course of action I would take if this were my home.
